What CommonSwift does

CommonSwift scans public sources for domains and pages that may imitate the domain you submit, collects evidence, and publishes an automated risk assessment. Findings are automated assessments, not legal determinations.

Fair use

Anonymous scans are rate limited per visitor and per day. Repeat scans of the same domain within 24 hours return the cached result. Do not use the service to harass others or to probe infrastructure you have no relationship with.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that every abusive domain will be found, and an assessment is not a promise that a domain is or is not malicious.

Payments and refunds

CommonSwift is the seller and service provider. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Refunds are handled by CommonSwift under our Refund policy.

Governing law

Indian law applies. If a provision of these terms is invalid, the rest remains in force.
